Mahaprabhu shaved his hair and took sanyasa in Katwa. Srikhanda, a village about 5 miles from Katwa is the residing place of Narahari Sarkar, Mukunda Sarkar and Raghunandan Thakur.  Places related to them are also covered in this tour. Mahaprabhu sanyas grahan sthan: This is the place where Sri Gauranga Mahaprabhu took sanyas and became known as Sri Krsna Caitanya. Here is also the samadhi of His hair. Srinivas Acarya Sri Pat: Srinivas acarya was a great vaisnava guru and he came to this world by desire of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu. His Sri Pat (preaching center) as well as his worship place and house can be seen here. Sri Pat of Narahari Sarkar and Raghunandan Thakur : Narahari Sarkar was a very special and intimate companion of Mahaprabhu. He is famous for his seva of waving a camara to Mahaprabhu. Raghunandan Thakur is the son of Mukunda Sarkar (eldest brother of Narahari Sarkar). He was a great devotee even when he was a child. When he urged Gopinath deity to have bhoga with his simple heart, Lord factually ate bhoga with great pleasure. In this tour, you can view their Sri Pats. Baradanga: As the name Badadanga suggests, there is a big (bara) pond (danga) here. But the main attraction here is a Temple called the Narahari Gaura Kunja. On its courtyard walls, there are paintings. One such painting shows the main Srikhandbasis as listed in Caitanya Caritamrita.
